Everything runs through Discord. Read the rules, fill in the whitelist application, and a member of staff will run a short interview — usually within a day.
Once you're approved, press F8 in FiveM and paste the connect command from the home page.
Sixteen and over. Staff may ask for confirmation during your interview if there's doubt.
No. The city is free, and always will be. Everything on the market is cosmetic or convenience — nothing sold there gives you an advantage in a fight, and staff will never sell rule exemptions.
The item is delivered to your character in-city, usually within 24 hours of the payment clearing. Vehicles arrive in your garage, property deeds are registered to your name, and business licences are handed over with the keys.
Yes. Purchased vehicles, deeds and licences survive your character's death. They do not survive a ban.
Once an item has been delivered in-city, no.
If it happened in roleplay and the rules were followed, no — that's the city working as intended. If a rule was broken, open a report in Discord with the time and the names involved.
Appeal in Discord. Don't argue in-game and don't make a second account — alts used to dodge a ban get every account banned.
Use /report in the city for anything urgent, and open a ticket in Discord afterwards with the details. Never break character to argue about it.
Two methods, both handled by staff in Discord. We never ask for card details, and nobody from 2LIFE will ever DM you asking for payment.

After paying, open a ticket in Discord with your receipt and your character name. Delivery is within 24 hours. Payments sent without a ticket can take longer to match up, so don't skip that step.

Payments made to 2LIFE Roleplay are voluntary contributions towards the running costs of the server. In return you receive in-game items or access as described at the point of purchase.
You are not purchasing ownership of any part of the server, its software, or any Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive property.
Items are delivered to your character within 24 hours of the payment clearing, provided you have opened a ticket in Discord with your receipt and character name.
Purchases are non-refundable once the item has been delivered in-city. Before delivery, contact staff in Discord and a refund will be issued.
Purchased items are tied to your character and remain yours for as long as you hold that character in good standing. A ban for breaking the server rules forfeits all purchased items with no refund.
Vehicles, properties and businesses may be adjusted, rebalanced or removed as the city develops. Where a purchased item is removed entirely, staff will offer an equivalent replacement.
A chargeback or payment dispute raised without contacting staff first will result in a permanent ban.
We store your Discord ID, your in-game character data, and a record of your purchases. We do not store card details — payments are handled entirely by PayPal or Whish Money. Contact staff in Discord to have your data removed.
